Welcome to iCheapTrip. By using our website and booking our tour packages, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use our services if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

A Booking is only considered valid and confirmed once a minimum deposit is received by iCheapTrip. The remaining balance must be cleared as per the payment deadlines outlined in your specific itinerary invoice. We will not be responsible for any price fluctuations or sold-out statuses in flights or hotels prior to receiving your initial deposit. Once your payment clears our system, you will receive an official "Booking Confirmation" voucher via email within 24-48 hours.

2. Detailed Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To be transparent, all cancellations must be submitted to us via written communication to our official support email (support@icheaptrip.com). The date on which we receive this written communication will determine the cancellation charges applicable.

Our standard cancellation charges are outlined below:

Time of Cancellation (Prior to Departure Date)	Cancellation Fee / Refund Amount
31 Days or more prior to departure	25% of total package cost is forfeited (75% Refund)
Between 15 to 30 Days prior to departure	50% of total package cost is forfeited (50% Refund)
Between 8 to 14 Days prior to departure	75% of total package cost is forfeited (25% Refund)
7 Days or less (including No Show)	100% of total package cost is forfeited (0% Refund)

Please Note: Non-refundable elements such as specific flight tickets, cruise bookings, and peak-season hotel deposits are 100% non-refundable regardless of the timeframe of your cancellation.

3. Refunds Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment. Please allow a standard timeframe of 10 to 15 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.

4. Limitation of Liability

iCheapTrip acts as an intermediary network for third-party providers including, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, transport operators, and local activity vendors. Therefore, our Limitation of Liability is as follows:

• We shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by any acts or defaults of these third-party organizations.
• We do not accept liability for the cancellation or delay of public transport, flight schedule changes, or overbooking by hotels.
• iCheapTrip is explicitly not responsible for circumstances constituting "Force Majeure" (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, strikes, or political unrest). Any additional expenses incurred due to such causes will be borne entirely by the traveler.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions, or related to our services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.

6. Modification of Terms

iCheapTrip reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time without direct prior notice. The updated version will always be posted on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date at the top.
